Participation in Becoming HER may involve collection of the following information:

• Emergency contact information

• Room preferences and accommodation requests

• Dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies

• Travel-related information voluntarily provided by participants

• Payment information processed through third-party providers

• Retreat registration forms and questionnaires

• Information voluntarily shared through applications, onboarding forms, or communications 

How We Use Information

Information collected may be used for:

• Retreat planning and organization

• Participant communication and updates

• Room assignments and accommodations

• Dietary accommodations

• Emergency situations and participant safety

• Payment processing

• Delivery of retreat resources and materials

• Improving future retreat experiences 

Emergency Situations

Participants understand that emergency contact information provided may be used if an emergency situation occurs during the retreat.

Third-Party Providers

Payment processing, email communications, scheduling systems, forms, and other services may be provided by trusted third-party platforms including but not limited to Kartra, Stripe, Go High Level, Jotform, or other providers used in connection with Becoming HER.

Photography and Media 

Photographs and videos may be taken during Becoming HER. Participants will receive a separate Media Release Agreement regarding photography and promotional use of images. 

Data Security

Reasonable efforts are made to protect participant information; however, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Retreat Communications

By registering for Becoming HER, participants consent to receiving retreat-related communications including emails, updates, reminders, onboarding materials, and important retreat information.
